- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Mix all the seasonings (☆) in a bowl.
Place the potatoes, canned tuna, and the mixed seasonings into a microwave-safe container. Mix lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Add the green onion and mix lightly.
