- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g), julienned
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
ÉTAPES
Julienne the potatoes. Boil water in a pot, add the potatoes, and cook for about 30 seconds until translucent. Drain and immediately rinse under cold water. Drain again.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, salt, sesame oil, yuzu pepper). Add the potatoes and toss to combine.
Plate the dish, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and garnish with chopped green onion.
