INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 10 chicken drumsticks (600g)
- 🧅 1 onion (200g), cut into wedges
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍷 200ml red wine
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 can (290g) demi-glace sauce
- 1 bay leaf
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into wedges and mince the garlic.
Pat dry the chicken drumsticks and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pressure cooker until fragrant. Add chicken drumsticks and sear until browned. Add onion and sauté until coated with oil.
Add all seasonings (☆), mix well, and flatten the ingredients. Cover and cook on high heat until pressure builds, then reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
