- 🦑 200g squid rings
Vegetables
- 8 pitted black olives
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- A pinch of chopped parsley
- 1 sliced chili

- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs (40g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Mince the garlic and parsley. Cut the black olives in half.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add garlic and chili, and sauté until fragrant. Add squid and stir-fry over medium heat until the squid changes color. Remove the squid from the pan.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and breadcrumbs. Stir-fry until breadcrumbs turn golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Return the squid to the pan, add black olives, and stir-fry to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
