- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 200cc water

ÉTAPES
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces, removing tough skin.
Slice the bacon into 1.5cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, sauté bacon briefly, then add pumpkin and stir until coated with oil.
Add water, consomme, and salt, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes until pumpkin softens.
Add milk and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
