Vegetables
- 🎃 180g pumpkin, sliced into 1cm pieces
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Slice the pumpkin into 1cm pieces and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the pumpkin slices and cook until browned. Flip the slices, push them to the side, and add the pork and garlic. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add cherry tomatoes, butter, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
