- 🎃 150g pumpkin, seeds removed
- 🧅 50g onion, 1/4 piece
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consommé
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES

Peel the tough skin of the pumpkin and cut it into large bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into 1cm wide pieces.

Slice the sausages diagonally in half.

Place the pumpkin, onion, sausage, and seasonings into a pot. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the pumpkin is tender.
