- 🍝 50g macaroni
Meat
- 🥓 8 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🎃 200g frozen pumpkin
- 🥬 30g frozen spinach
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Oils and Fats
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Liquids
- 💧 200cc water
Cheese
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
White Sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200cc milk
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion. Microwave the frozen pumpkin for 2 minutes at 600W and mash it coarsely. Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the bacon into 2cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add bacon and onion, and sauté until the onion softens. Sprinkle flour and stir until no raw flour remains.
Add macaroni and water to the pan, mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for the macaroni's cooking time.
Add the white sauce ingredients, frozen pumpkin, and spinach to the pan. Cook on medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
