ÉTAPES
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, cut into bite-sized pieces, and trim the edges.
Place the pumpkin skin-side down in a pot, add the seasonings (sugar, salt, soy sauce, water), and heat until boiling. Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the pumpkin softens.
Add the canned sweet red beans, mix gently, and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
