Vegetables
- 🎃 1/8 pumpkin, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Protein
- 4 sausages, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
Dairy
- 🥛 100 ml milk
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder

- 150 g pancake mix
ÉTAPES
Cut the sausages into 1 cm slices. Dice the pumpkin into 1 cm cubes and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 4 minutes at 600W. Slice the onion thinly.
In a bowl, crack the egg and mix it. Add consomme powder, milk, and mayonnaise, then mix thoroughly.
Add the pancake mix to the bowl and combine. Then fold in the pumpkin, sausages, and onion.
Pour the batter into muffin molds and sprinkle dried parsley on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15–20 minutes.
