- 🦑 100g frozen squid rings

- 🧅 1/2 purple onion, thinly sliced
- 4 seedless black olives, halved
- Chopped parsley, as needed

- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the purple onion, remove the core, and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Halve the black olives.
Boil water in a pot and cook the squid for about 5 minutes until the color changes. Drain the water.
Mix the condiments (mustard, mayonnaise, pepper) in a bowl. Add the purple onion, black olives, and squid, then mix well.
Plate the salad and garnish with chopped parsley.
