- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
ÉTAPES
Prepare the quail eggs by boiling and peeling them, or use pre-peeled quail eggs.
Coat the quail eggs with tempura flour. Place the flour in a plastic bag, seal, and shake to coat evenly.
