INGRÉDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 🥩 300g thinly sliced beef for bulgogi
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Optional Ingredients
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
ÉTAPES
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and use a kitchen towel to remove excess blood.
Chop the green onion finely and prepare it.
Mix the beef with the seasoning ingredients and green onion. Marinate for about 10 minutes, or cook immediately if preferred.
Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the marinated beef. Add a bit of water to the pan for even cooking.
Add corn syrup and mix well. You can skip this step if preferred.
Serve with shredded green onion or add optional ingredients like onions or mushrooms. Adjust seasoning if needed.
