Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
ÉTAPES
Slice the cucumber into rounds, julienne the onion, and chop the green onion finely.
Add 2 tbsp of chili powder to the vegetables.
Mix the remaining seasoning ingredients together.
Toss the vegetables with the seasoning using your hands.
Plate the salad neatly in a serving dish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
