- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic

ÉTAPES
Clean the bok choy thoroughly and quarter them. If the outer leaves are large, separate them individually.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of coarse salt, and blanch the bok choy briefly. Remove the outer leaves quickly and let the thicker bok choy cook slightly longer.
Transfer the blanched bok choy to cold water to cool them down.
Squeeze the bok choy firmly to remove excess water.
Add 1 tbsp of plum extract to the bok choy.
Add minced garlic and gochujang to the bok choy.
Add 1 tbsp of doenjang and mix everything well.
Plate the bok choy and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
