Main Ingredients
- 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 handful of chives, cut into 5cm pieces
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 spicy chili, optional
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌾 Sesame seeds for garnish
ÉTAPES
Slice the cucumber diagonally, thinly slice the onion, and cut the chives into 5cm pieces.
Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add the sliced vegetables to the seasoning mixture and toss thoroughly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
