- 🦪 1 cup oysters
- 1 cup rice water
Seasoning
- 1 chopped chili pepper

- 1 tsp mushroom powder
ÉTAPES
Prepare the soft tofu by cutting it into chunks.
Boil the rice water in a pot.
Once boiling, add the oysters to the pot.
Add the soft tofu chunks into the pot.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing chili pepper, green onion, soy sauce, garlic, and mushroom powder.
Add the prepared seasoning to the soup and stir gently.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy.
