Main Ingredients
- 4 dumplings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp chopped chili
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Cook the dumplings until crispy. Use an air fryer at 200°C for 6 minutes if available.
Prepare vegetables by finely chopping green onion and chili.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté green onion and minced garlic over medium-low heat for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and add all seasoning ingredients except chili. Mix well over residual heat.
Turn the heat back on, add chili, and simmer the sauce over low heat for 1-2 minutes until bubbling.
Pour the sauce over the cooked dumplings and serve immediately.
