Vegetables
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🥬 5-6 cabbage leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Oil and Aromatics
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧅 A handful of chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients. Slice the cabbage and king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over low heat and add chopped green onion to make aromatic green onion oil.
Increase the heat to high and stir-fry the cabbage for about 2 minutes.
Add the king oyster mushroom and continue stir-frying over high heat.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and mix well, stir-frying for another 1-2 minutes.
Finish with a pinch of pepper and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
