ÉTAPES
Cut radishes into quarters, remove roots and leaves. Quarter cherry tomatoes. Slice red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Mix vinegar, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
Add the prepared vegetables and octopus to the dressing and toss well.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate as a base and serve the salad on top.
