Main Ingredients
- 4 slices raw ham (60g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
- 2 shikuwasa, juiced
- 5 seedless green olives, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
ÉTAPES
Remove the core of the onion and slice thinly. Massage lightly in water, soak for 3 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
Cut the shikuwasa in half and squeeze out the juice. Keep the peel for garnish.
Slice the green olives into 5mm widths.
Cut the raw ham into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (olive oil, sugar, salt) with the shikuwasa juice until the sugar dissolves. Add the onion, green olives, and raw ham, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with grated shikuwasa peel.
