INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/3 bunch chives
Liquid
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Condiments
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of coarse black pepper
Kimchi Sauce
- 120g napa cabbage kimchi
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare the pork loin by slicing it thinly if not pre-sliced.
Wash and trim the bean sprouts, slice the onion thinly, and chop the chives.
In a large pan, add the water and layer the bean sprouts, onion, and pork slices.
Cover and steam over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Mix the kimchi sauce ingredients (kimchi, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Once the pork and vegetables are cooked, pour the kimchi sauce over and mix gently.
Serve with a raw egg yolk on top and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
