Cheese Sticks
- 12 sheets rice paper
- 6 pieces string cheese
- 3 slices cheese
- A small amount of cooking oil
Grilled Chicken Breast
- 17 sheets rice paper
- 2 pieces chicken breast
- A moderate amount of cooking oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Sriracha Mayo Sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Soy Lemon Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- A small amount of chopped chili
ÉTAPES
Cut string cheese in half and slice cheese into quarters.
Dip rice paper in water and place string cheese and sliced cheese on top, then roll tightly.
Place rolled rice paper in air fryer basket, spray with cooking oil, and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Season chicken with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Wrap seasoned chicken pieces in rice paper.
Place wrapped chicken in air fryer basket, spray with cooking oil, and cook at 190°C for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
Mix ingredients for Sriracha Mayo Sauce and Soy Lemon Sauce separately.
