- 🥓 500g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g cabbage
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 40g carrot
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion
- 2 green chilies
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion and carrot thinly, and finely chop the green onion and green chilies.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, pork belly, sugar, and 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Sear the pork belly until golden brown on both sides, then set aside.
In the same pan, add cabbage, onion, carrot, and 3 tbsp of soy sauce. Stir-fry over high heat until the onion becomes slightly translucent.
Add the cooked pork belly back to the pan along with all the seasoning ingredients. Mix well and stir-fry quickly until everything is glossy and well-coated.
Add the green onion and green chilies, stir-fry for 10 seconds, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
