  • Carbonara-style Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
    • 🧀 30g pizza cheese
    • 🥚 2 egg yolks
    • 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Separate the broccoli into small florets. Trim the base of the king oyster mushrooms and cut into 3cm pieces. Slice the carrot into 5mm rounds.

In a pot, add water, chicken, and miso paste. Heat over medium heat, skimming off any foam, and cook until the chicken changes color (about 2 minutes).

Add the carrot, cabbage, broccoli, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes.

Add milk, corn, butter, and black pepper. Heat until just before boiling.

For the carbonara-style rice: Add cooked rice and pizza cheese to the leftover soup. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 minute until the cheese melts. Top with egg yolks and sprinkle with parsley.
