INGRÉDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 2 bone-in chicken thighs (760g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
ÉTAPES
Pierce both sides of the chicken thighs with a fork and rub salt and pepper onto both sides.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down, cover with a lid, and cook for 7 minutes on each side.
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Add the BBQ sauce ingredients and simmer until the chicken is coated.
