- 🍗 500g chicken wings
- 🥛 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp chili sauce or honey mustard
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of parsley
- Pinch of rosemary
ÉTAPES
Soak the chicken wings in milk for 10 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.
Make small cuts on the chicken wings and marinate them in the sauce mixture for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan with olive oil and sear the chicken wings for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Place the wings on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 13–15 minutes until fully cooked. Alternatively, cook on low heat with a lid for 10 minutes if no oven is available.
