- 1 tbsp chopped red chili
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 🧂 2 g salt
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
ÉTAPES
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into appropriate thickness.
Prepare the sauce by mixing garlic, chopped chili, chili powder, salt, ginger juice, sesame oil, corn syrup, water, and gochujang.
Spread butter evenly on both sides of the mushroom slices.
Pan-fry the mushrooms until golden brown on both sides.
Simmer the prepared sauce until bubbling.
Add the fried mushrooms to the simmering sauce and mix well.
