Main Ingredients
- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves (160g)
- 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 🥦 125g broccoli (1/2 head)
Meat Filling Seasoning
- 2 tbsp okara powder
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Soup Base
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍅 200cc unsalted tomato juice
ÉTAPES
Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water until soft, then set aside.
Mix the ground meat, okara powder, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the meat filling.
Place a portion of the meat filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, securing the edges.
In a pot, combine water, sake, sugar, consomme, salt, and tomato juice to create the soup base. Bring to a boil.
Add the cabbage rolls to the pot and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Add the broccoli and king oyster mushroom to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
