    • 🧅 1/4 diced onion
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
    • 🧀 50g mozzarella cheese
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Prepare the flounder by filleting it and cutting into 8cm pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with olive oil.

Boil tofu noodles for 20 seconds, then rinse under cold water.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned flounder until lightly browned on the outside. Let it cool and wrap with tofu noodles.
