INGRÉDIENTS
Cookie Dough
- 150g cake flour
- 🧈 60g softened butter
- 🧂 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 🥚 1 small egg (50g)
Decoration
- 🍬 M&M chocolates, as needed
- Chocolate pen, as needed
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, cream softened butter until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Gradually add the egg while mixing thoroughly.
Add vanilla extract and mix well. Sift in the cake flour and combine into a dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Roll out the dough to 4–5mm thickness using a rolling pin.
Use a gingerbread man cookie cutter to cut out shapes and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 10–15 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown. Let cool completely.
Decorate the cookies using a chocolate pen to draw antlers and eyes. Attach M&M chocolates for the nose. Let the chocolate set before serving.
