INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel
- 🥬 8cm daikon radish
- 1/3 bag mizuna greens
- 🍋 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 to taste salt
Dressing
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle both sides with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Slice the daikon radish into thin strips (5mm width), cut the lemon into 6 pieces, and chop mizuna greens into 4cm lengths.
Coat the mackerel pieces with potato starch. In a bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Place mackerel skin-side down and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip and cook on low heat for 2 minutes until fully cooked.
In a separate bowl, mix daikon, mizuna, and lemon pieces.
Add the mackerel and dressing to the bowl and toss everything together.
