Fish
- 🐟 1/2 fillet mackerel
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 red paprika
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp black vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the mackerel and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel and cut into bite-sized pieces. Coat evenly with potato starch.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Cut the red paprika into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and place the mackerel skin-side down. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook until crispy on medium heat.
Add the shimeji mushrooms, red paprika, and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the sauce and cook until thickened.
