- 1 can (190g) canned saba
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, diced
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, chopped

- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Dice the zucchini into 1cm cubes and chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil and grated garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Add zucchini and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add canned saba and the seasoning ingredients (sake, miso, sugar, salt, and pepper). Stir and cook over medium heat until flavors blend. Add tomato and heat briefly.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of white rice.
