Fish
- 1 can saba (190g)
Vegetable
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
Wrapper
- 3 spring roll wrappers
Seasoning
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- As needed salad oil
Binder
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Drain the saba can and cut the avocado into 1cm cubes after removing the seed and skin.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, then add the saba, salt, and pepper. Mix roughly.
Cut the spring roll wrappers in half. Place 1/6 of the filling on each wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the ends with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for all wrappers.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and brush with salad oil. Arrange the sticks and brush the surface with oil.
Bake in a toaster for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and crispy. Sprinkle black pepper before serving.
