- 1 can saba (mackerel) in water, 190g
- 🧀 1/2 piece camembert cheese, 50g
- 🥬 150g cabbage
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Preheat the toaster oven to 200°C (392°F).
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Arrange the cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and saba can contents in a heatproof dish.
Slice the camembert cheese and place it evenly over the dish.
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, and grated cheese over the ingredients.
Bake in the toaster oven for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
Prepare the mustard sauce by mixing olive oil, grain mustard, grated garlic, and a pinch of salt.
Serve the baked dish with the mustard sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
