INGRÉDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (approx. 300g)
Liquid
- 1 1/2 cups chilled dashi broth
Fish
- 1 can saba in water (200g)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 1 myoga
Condiments
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 2 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Slice the cucumber and myoga thinly. In a bowl, add the saba can (including the liquid) and roughly mash with a fork.
In another bowl, add miso and gradually mix in the chilled dashi broth until smooth.
Combine the mashed saba, sliced cucumber, sliced myoga, and ground sesame in the miso-dashi mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Serve the chilled mixture over bowls of cooked rice.
