Rice
- 🍚 500g warm cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) saba in water
Condiments
- 🧴 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 🟤 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Seaweed
- 🟩 1.5 sheets roasted nori
ÉTAPES
Drain the saba can and cut the nori into 4 vertical strips.
In one bowl, mix half the saba with mayonnaise and black pepper. In another bowl, mix the remaining saba with miso and sesame seeds.
Place 1/6 of the warm rice on a piece of plastic wrap, add 1/3 of the filling from each bowl, and shape into a ball.
Wrap the onigiri with a strip of nori.
