Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (250g)
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn

Seasoning
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper

ÉTAPES
Drain the saba can. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, then place them in a microwave-safe container with water still clinging to them. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Mash roughly while hot.
In a bowl, mix the ☆ seasonings, mashed potatoes, and corn. Add the saba and mix gently, breaking it into chunks.
Cut the spring roll wrappers into thirds lengthwise.
Apply the flour-water mixture in an L-shape on the wrapper. Fold into thirds from the top, sealing the edges with the flour-water mixture. Fill with 1/12 of the filling and shape into a triangular pyramid. Repeat for the remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat about 1 cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the samosas until golden brown on all sides.
