INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) miso-flavored saba
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add cabbage and bell peppers, stir-frying until coated with oil. Add the saba can with its juice and stir-fry while breaking it apart.
Add the steamed Chinese noodles and mix to loosen them. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry until evenly coated.
