- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) warm rice
Fish
- 1 can (150g) soy sauce-flavored saba
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Shredded seaweed, as needed
Sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Crack and beat the eggs in a bowl. Open the saba can and roughly flake the fish into the bowl.
In a frying pan, add the saba can contents and the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, water). Heat over medium heat.
Once boiling, add the beaten eggs. Stir gently until slightly set but still soft. Serve over warm rice and garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and shredded seaweed.
