INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Fish
- 🐟 1 can soy-sauce marinated saba (140g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
- A small amount of mitsuba for garnish
Broth
- 💧 500cc water
- 1 dashi pack
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Wash the cooked rice with water and drain.
Cut the canned saba into bite-sized pieces.
Julienne the ginger into thin strips.
Heat water in a pot until boiling, then add the dashi pack and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the dashi pack and add mirin, salt, and soy sauce to adjust the flavor.
Place rice in a serving bowl, top with saba, ginger, and garnish with mitsuba. Pour the prepared broth over just before eating.
