INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 1 can (190g) saba canned in miso
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
- 3 bell peppers (90g), chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp garlic paste
- 1/3 tsp ginger paste
ÉTAPES
Cut bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all ☆ seasoning ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bell peppers and bean sprouts, and stir until coated with oil.
Add the saba canned fish along with its juice, break it apart, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Pour in the prepared sauce and stir quickly to coat all ingredients evenly.
