- 1 can (190g) of canned saba

- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley

- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes

- 🥄 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper

Mix the canned saba and condiments (☆) in a bowl until combined.

Place bread slices on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Spread half of the saba miso mixture on each slice. Toast for 3 minutes until golden brown.
