INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 160g mackerel fillet
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 100g minced green onion
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Pat the mackerel dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, season with sake and salt and pepper, and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Coat both sides with potato starch.
Heat salad oil to 170°C and fry the mackerel until crispy and cooked through.
Plate the lettuce, place the fried mackerel on top, and drizzle with the sauce.
