- 🐟 400g salmon fillets (4 pieces)
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp white miso
ÉTAPES
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (mirin, salt, soy sauce, and white miso) in a bowl until smooth.
Coat the salmon fillets evenly with the miso sauce and place them in a container or ziplock bag.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking tray with salad oil.
Place the marinated salmon on the tray and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
