INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
Vegetable
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the salmon into 1cm cubes. Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl, then add the salmon and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, layer the avocado and marinated salmon on top, and finish with an onsen egg.
