Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 bag of bean sprouts
Condiments
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the bell peppers and divide the butter into 4 portions.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with potato starch.
Layer bean sprouts, bell peppers, salmon, and butter in a microwave-safe container. Drizzle with ponzu sauce.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6–7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
