- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Protein
- 🐟 80g salted salmon
Vegetables
- 🥔 150g potato, cut into pieces
- 🌽 30g canned corn
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tsp salad oil
- 💧 Water, as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut the salted salmon into 4 equal pieces.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sear the salmon on both sides until browned.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer the potato pieces on top, followed by the salmon. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, add salt, pepper, corn, and butter. Mix thoroughly. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
