- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper as needed
- 💧 100 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook both sides until golden brown.
Add cabbage to the pan and stir briefly until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients (cream, mustard, salt, pepper, and water), mix, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes until thickened.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle dried parsley on top as desired.
